THE POWER OF AGREEMENT

The Power of Agreement - MARCH Blessed be the name of the Lord who daily loads us with benefits. Our God is good. He is our very present help in time of trouble. He knows and deliver those who trust in Him. Psalm 46. We are all welcome to this month of March. May we march into our victories and success in the name of Jesus. In this month we are going to talk about “The Power of Agreements”. Jesus Christ said “Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. “Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven” Matthew 18 v 18-19. Life itself is about agreement and disagreement. Life is accepting and rejecting. Whatever you do not disagree on, you will agree on it and whatever you do not reject; you will accept it. There are evil agreements and good agreements (we are going to discuss more about them in our next edition) Agreement is when two or more people come together and agreed on certain conditions or terms for a common goal or purpose. Most time when we are going into business dealings, we agree on how the profit and expenses will be shared among the shareholders. Some have kept the agreement while others cannot keep theirs. Once an agreement is made and you break it, you are regarded as unfaithful person to deal with. For an example, marriage is a marital union from the agreement between man and woman who have agreed to become husband and wife. For any partners to work together, they must be in mutual agreement and understanding. “Can two walk together unless they agree? Amos 3 verse 3. Any of this who break the agreement they made to each other is regarded as an unfaithful person. As a married man, you have agreed to love your wife and cherish her all the days of her life just as Jesus Christ love the church. Similarly, as a married woman, you have agreed to submit yourself to your own husband as unto the Lord. As an employee, you have agreed to perform some duties for your employers for a certain fee per month. And as an employer, you have agreed to pay your employees a certain amount every month end for the jobs they have done for you. THE GREATEST AGREEMENT YOU MUST HAVE IS TO AGREE WITH GOD. I remembered one of our sisters in 2011 after she got married there was delay in childbearing. God visited her in one of our programs of cross-over night and she conceived. As she conceived, the enemy arose, and she started bleeding. She called me and I encouraged her to hold on the word of God in the book of Exodus 23:25-26 “So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you. No one shall suffer miscarriage or be barren in your land; I will fulfil the number of your days”. She agreed with God according to what He said. Although there she was bleeding throughout the nine months, the baby was born healthy and sound. Praise the Lord! Another brother was also delivered from the power of drugs. He takes dagger and gives to his children as well. During the whole program, God touched him, and set him free. Today to the glory of the Lord, he is a pastor. Another sister was booked for operation because of fibroid. God also touched her, and she was delivered from the oppression of the devil. As she went to the doctor, after scan, the doctor could not believe what he saw, there was no fibroid. It vanished and operation was cancelled. Hallelujah! I remember one man who came also to this program, God touched him and delivered him. He cried that 'he never knew that God could heal a person free of charge while he was spending his money for solution, but nothing came through for him. He also lamented about his wife that he lost to sickness that if he knew what he knows that time, the wife could have not died. The word of God was read out to him, and he agreed to what it says. His life was touched, healed, and delivered. We must know that the purpose of the word of God to us is to Heal our diseases and to deliver us from destruction- Ps. 107 v 20. It is when our diseases are healed then we will be delivered from the destructive power of that disease. These brethren AGREED with the Lord and the Lord stepped in their situation and today, they are testimonies. In the above scripture, the Bible admonish us on the power that we have. He is saying your lives are in your hands. Whatever you decide to happen will happen. If you permit anything in your life, it will be as you permitted it. If you prohibit, reject, or refuse anything, it will be rejected. The devil hates an agreement because there is power in agreement. Distance is not a barrier once there is an agreement by two or more people whatever they ask in agreement it shall be done for them. Hallelujah! If God can open your eyes to see how mountains are moving and chains are broken just because of an agreement. This binding, rejecting, prohibiting, refusing, forbidding, permitting is our responsibility. Nobody will do these for us but ourselves. As the word of the Lord said that He has good plans for us, 11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope” Jeremiah 29 verse 11. He also talked about His purpose for coming on this earth “10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly“ John 10 verse 10b. You must align yourself with His word. You must hold onto His promises as well His dos and don'ts so that you will find rest for your soul -Deut. 28 verse 1. Child of God, it is time to put a stop to the image of the things which you went through in your life. It is time to let go of your past pains, failures, disappointment, and rejection. It is also time to forbid the devil for in the name of Jesus Christ “you will push back your enemies and trample on those who rise up against you -Ps 44 v 5. Hallelujah. Most children of God are living a life which is contrary to the plan of God for their lives. You must make up your mind to be a Christian with a difference. It is time to decide like Daniel and friends that you will not defile yourself with the king's delicacies. These young men wanted to be Hebrews with difference - Daniel 1 verse 8. Though they were taken to be slaves; they rejected the slave mentality. They stood their ground to obey the word of God and rejected the commands of mortal men contrary to the ways and commands of the God. As the Lord saw how they stood their ground despite the threat of the fire before them, He backed them up. They boosted to king Nebuchadnezzar that their God is well able to deliver them. I believe some Hebrews have tried to reject the idol worshiping in Babylon and along the way they failed. These young men knew and held on to What God said about them. “If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king. 18 But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.” Daniel 3 v 17 -18. Secondly, a study opportunity was offered to me in my workplace, I studied and passed very well. Now I am promoted, and on it has been stated that I will receive my back pay from the month stated on the letter of my promotion.
Thirdly, there was a dispute on our farm at the North and to the glory of God, right now the dispute is settled.

Delivered from Death

I want to thank the Lord for what He has done in my life. Firstly, I thank God for helping one of my clients not to be cheated at our office because God prevailed.

Secondly, I thank God for delivering my husband from the arrow of death and destruction which attacked him twice and nothing happen to him or the people in the car. Before these incidents, Meme Amaka called me and prayed for me against death.

Thirdly, I thank Him for delivering me from the spirit of death and hell. Last 2 months; anytime I am going to work; a thought always in my heart that 'why should I work if I know I will die soon; it continued and to God be the glory I am delivered.

I want to thank the Lord for a journey mercy from Windhoek to North.

I also want to thank the Lord for there is this thing in my family that every year we should bury someone. Our elders were saying it has been like that and it will remain like that but by the grace of God we did not lose anyone in my family 2018. I also want to thank the Lord that when I went to the North; I met one of my relative he was very surprised to see me so he asked “how did you reach 2019” he thought I will be dead by now but by the special grace of God; I am alive. Praise the Lord!

ACADEMIC FAILURE DESTROYED

I want to thank God for delivering my cousins and I from deadly accident at the North.
Secondly, I thank God for helping me to complete my grade 12 with excellent result. I had been having difficulty in my study to the extend some teachers said that I need a special school. I repeated my grade 8 and all these were because of my struggle. I was even given up on study, but my mother stood by me; and helped me to complete my school though I don't show her respect most time.
I am very thankful to God that I passed, and I am one of the best students. I also thank God that though there were some struggle in our admission to university, but God prevailed Today my brother and I are admitted to the glory of the Lord. May the name of the Lord be praised forever!

STOLEN ITEM RECOVERED

I want to thank the Lord for recovering my machine for me. I am in the construction equipment rental business. It happened that a thief came in to hire one of my machines with fake identity and street address.
It was later when the thief went with the machine that I realized all the information were faked. The copy of identity I received was an old person but the one who came to hire was a young person.
I tried to involve the police, but I was not helped for many months. The case was like lost but by the grace of God; I was helped and today the thief was caught, and I recovered my machine. May the name of the Lord be praised forever and ever. Amen!

I want to thank God for what He has done in my life. Before I was very angry with God and it made me to dress anyhow, drinks and stay late outside but God delivered me.
Secondly, One day I was coming from church service and a car almost hit me, but God delivered me.

DELIVERED FROM OPPRESSION

I want to thank God for what He has done in my life. I was attacked by the spirit of fear. It came to the point where I am seeing one of my loved one died, and I will even see how she is laid. It continued until I shared it with mama. To the glory of God; I am delivered.
Secondly, I have been praying for my family members. They are working but nothing to show their works. It made me so distressed and as I prayed; today my two brothers have their houses. May the name of the Lord be praised forever and ever!

I want to thank God for His faithfulness in my life. In 2011, I was having difficulties to study. Whenever I am opening my books to study, I cannot see the letters in the book. It was like I was looking in the water. But through prayers, the Lord delivered her and now she can see the letters clearly and study very well.
Secondly, I was finding it difficult to sleep at night. Whenever I am sleeping, a personality always tie my legs or arms; and sometimes strangulating and slapping me. I want to thank God that after prayers, all the difficulties stopped in my life.

I want to thank God for His divine promotion upon my life. I have served for fourteen (14) years in the Police Force without promotion. But this year, the Lord intervened in my situation.

Elevated Over Adversaries

I want to thank God for what He has done in my life. In March this year, I have been appointed to be ACTING at another department on top of my current position. In that department where I went to act was to assist another lady who is working on the MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT. This lady was unhappy about my acting by stating that the ACTING I am doing is not related to my job description. She complained a lot and she reported the case to the union.

A meeting was called between the Management and Union. A second meeting was also called between the Management, the Union, the lady and I also included. Before the meeting; they informed us to present our works on the said meeting to the board.

I was busy preparing my project and my work so that I can present it correctly. I just remember one day I came to church; pastor Kaulumah was preaching by saying ‘whenever you do your job, do it in a proper way. So, I done my things in a proper way’.

On the day of the meeting; people started with my report and project which I showed them. My project was completed, and my report was having no mistake and everything was fine.

They also gave the other lady another opportunity to present her report and project report. Her report was incomplete and her project was having elapse. So, the union was very much disappointed because it was not what they expected. They said the lady has been working on that position for eight years while I am only ACTING there for three months. So, it was by the grace of God my project was completely very nice. After the meeting; the Management decided that I will continue ACTING on that position and that lady is not the only one to be reporting to me, but the whole department as well.

I just want to thank God because I was not even expecting it. I want to encouraged everyone in this ministry. Whenever there is a battle; we must win the battle, by allowing God to fight for us.

CONFUSION IN THE CAMP OF MY ENEMY

I want to praise the name of the Lord for what He has done in my life. firstly, I was facing a battle in the place of my business, were three women were fighting against me then by the power of God, I overcame. During that battle, I was praying “O Lord, pour enough trouble in the camp of my enemies”. After the prayers, these women turned against each other.

Secondly, I was attacked on my left leg which was sick since yesterday; by the grace of God today, I am well.
Thirdly, one of my child was misbehaving and I always to beat the child. Then one day I got a dream where the Lord was telling me that “I am just beating the flesh and what is troubling the child was the spirit”. I want to thank the Lord for the prayers we are given “I will not kill my sons and daughters, in the name of Jesus”.
I want to encourage business people. Whatever challenges which you are facing in your place of business is just the enemy that wants you to give up. So, pray for enough trouble in the camp of your enemies; so, they will leave you alone.

DELIVERED FROM THE ARROWS OF DEATH AND HELL

I would like to thank God for adding one year to my husband and daughter’s age.
Secondly, I thank God for saving me from the arrow of death and hell. While on our way from vacation, immediately as the plane took off, I started to look for emergency exit in case of the plane crash. Then I started praying, cancelling the spirit of death.
Immediately, we entered our car; I fainted. I just felt like something entered my heart, the next thing I saw myself kneeling on the driver’s seat, I mentioned Jesus. Before I knew it, I was gone. I just hear someone from far calling me and I opened my eyes, it was my sister praying. This is how I am standing here today. May the name of the Lord be glorified forever. Amen!
